This Station has a total of 18 hectares of experimental land, of which 9.8 hectares are on the main Station located at Gong-Guan Township, and 4.4 hectares are on the Biological Control Branch Station at Tahu Township, both are in Miaoli County. The remaining 3.8 hectares of land are evenly distributed in 2 branch stations, located in Nantou and Chiayi Counties.

Infrastructures include Administration Building, Agricultural Environment Building, Agriculture Museum, Taiwan Sericulture Museum, 30 research laboratories, and insectaries. In addition to these, there are dormitories to accommodate both singles and staff families at the main station and the branch station.

Some major research equipments include ICP, HPLC, UV/Vis spectrometer, GC, GCMS, leaf area-meter, freeze dryer, concentrator, tissue cutter, centrifuges, high pressure autoclave, and electrophoresis apparatus, etc.
