This study analyze the competence and requirement of bee industry management, through multiple rounds survey in different farmers and bee industry status, and also interviewed the model farmers in different areas, to work out a standard competence reference table which covers basic, professional and management competence. The main theme including: operation concept and plan, technical and marketing strategy, agricultural policy and social responsibility, product certification and environmental monitoring, innovation and investment plan, financial analysis and management, risk and crisis management by repeated practice and PDCA circle program to promote competence and management ability of bee farmers. In consequence, promoting bee industry towards innovating and sustainable development.
